Terms of Service

By accessing or using Crisod, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent, and legally able to enter into these Terms, to use Crisod.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Crisod provides a platform for modeling financial infrastructure and running simulated scenarios to help organizations understand potential vulnerabilities and consequences. Crisod does not provide cybersecurity monitoring, endpoint protection or incident response services unless separately agreed.

Infrastructure models are built from information you provide or connect. The accuracy and completeness of the model depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information.

Simulations run against a modeled representation of your infrastructure within Crisod. They are designed to illustrate potential scenarios and dependencies, not to predict every possible attack or guarantee any specific outcome.

You must only use Crisod to model, simulate or assess systems and infrastructure that you own or are otherwise expressly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authorization before submitting information about, or running simulations related to, any system. Crisod does not perform testing against systems without your authorization, and you must not use Crisod to model or target infrastructure belonging to a third party without their consent.

Crisod uses AI to help generate simulations, analysis and findings. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute a guarantee of security, resilience or any specific outcome, and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon.

Where the platform references or connects to third-party systems, Crisod is not responsible for the availability, performance or security of those systems.

We maintain measures designed to protect the platform and the data processed within it. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these measures or to use the platform to compromise any system without authorization.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by using it to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

Crisod and its content, design and underlying technology are owned by Crisod or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in Crisod’s intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform.

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information, including infrastructure and simulation data, using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information of similar importance.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crisod does not claim to predict every possible attack, guarantee resilience, or guarantee that identified findings represent every vulnerability present in your infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crisod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Crisod harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform in violation of these Terms, including any unauthorized simulation or modeling of third-party systems.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a risk to Crisod or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Crisod operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
